Day 1:
Arrival in Saint-Pierre.
Discover the island by bus or minivan tour (duration: 1h15). You’ll learn about the history and local heritage, see the various French Government buildings, the Cathedral, the Basque wall, and the harbour. You’ll be charmed by the architecture and vivid colours of our traditional homes.
Visit of Le Musée Héritage;
or,
Take the Prohibition Tour. This tour includes a walk through the main area of town and a look at old photographs that will bring you back to the time of the bootleggers.
Day 2:
Miquelon-langlade mini van tour.
Part for adventure and discover the beautiful landscapes of Miquelon-Langlade aboard a minivan. Visit the village of Miquelon and its surroundings (Calvaire, Mirande). Visit Langlade (the vacation getaway with its sand dunes and horses).

Discover the Grand Barachois.
Take our zodiac then explore the Grand Barachois of Miquelon, a fabulous site for viewing seals and birds.

Acadian in the heart of Miquelon
On the guided walk, relive some important moments in our Acadian history while museum, the Acadian monument and church. See the local crafts on sale at Art Passion.
Day 3:
At 10:00 am, visit L’Arche Museum and then do a walking tour in the old parts of town to explore some basic aspects of the history and heritage (duration 1h45); or, take a shorter tour (duration 1 h) on the following themes: the houses in Saint-Pierre, the remnants of French architecture, the fishery, or the fires;
or,
At 8:30 am take the boat for Ile aux Marins for a guided tour. Your guide will tell you about the heyday of the Grand Bank and inshore fisheries. You’ll visit some of the island’s buildings and its museum, Archipélitude, housing artefacts from the past. Return at 11:30 am.

Walk the streets, go into the boutiques and choose local souvenirs to bring home.
